    Yes, but you need to email or call us for confirmation as it depends on the situation.

  • How long does the e-scooter’s battery last?

    Depending in users weight but it usually can cover up to 50 KM range.

  • Can we do a reservation for electric scooter rental? Or it’s just walk in?

    Yes, you can do a reservation for e-scooter rentals by giving us a phone call during our open hours or send us an email at info@rentaru.ca

  • Do you require a security deposit for E-scooter rentals?

    Yes, we need your credit card information as a security deposit.

  • How much does it cost to ride?

    $20 for First hour / additional hours $10 each(ex if you rent a scooter for 2 hours, it will be only $30).

  • How fast is an electric kick scooter?

    An e-Scooter can exceed 24km/h on clear, paved and even surfaces. BC Motor Vehicle Laws have enforced a 25km/h speed limit for all e-Scooters.

  • What's the maximum weight capacity of the scooter?

    Up to 220 lbs or 110 kg.

  • Where can I ride an electric kick scooter?

    Local streets, designated bicycle lanes and shared pathways where bikes are allowed.

  • Do I need a helmet to ride Escooter?

    Yes! You must wear a helmet at all times while riding an e-Scooter.

  • Do I need a driver's licence to ride Escooter?

    No, you do not need a driver’s license to operate an e-Scooter.

  • Can I ride an escooter with two people?

    No, e-Scooters can only accommodate one person on each one.

  • How old do I have to be to ride a scooter?

    You must be 18 years old to ride a scooter or a minimum of 16 years old with the permission of a parent or guardian.
